Are AVMs Accurate?

Typically, national AVMs are not a very good representation of a home's value and have a large margin of error. The values generated are only based on automated computer modeling from public records and may not represent a true home value or price as they cannot take into account the many features and nuances of both your home and our local market.

We take into account certain aspects of a home that may affect its value and marketability, including features, market conditions, location, and the home's amenities and overall condition.
